tis basically flavored(orange, grapes, apple, etc) wid a liquid base which can be anything..water, ice, mint, vodka, beer, rum etc..
coal pieces r put to burn the flavor and then tis inhaled through a pipe..try searching sheesha on google..ull get the image..:)
