STF shoots dead 2 youths in Ea'raavoor

Sri Lankan Special Task Force (STF) commandos shot and killed two youths at Mo'rakkoddaagncheanai in Ea'raavoor in Batticaloa district Tuesday morning around 10:30.
The youths were killed near Theavapuram railway station. Dead bodies were handed over to Ea'raavoor hospital by the Police for identification and postmortem. The STF has alleged that the killed youths were LTTE cadres who attempted to ambush the STF.
