Those provisions of this Agreement that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect after any termination, including without limitation, sections 9,10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.

   • provides information to circumvent technological measures that effectively control access to a copyrighted work;
   • is accessible only via restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages;
   • promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
