Brian who?

Maybe TAL needs to do a TV show on this issue to get the discussion going?!? No-one's touching it.

Perhaps a lot of your readers were still in school in 1988 and in need of those additional Aussie history classes John Howard wants to make non-negotiable?!? Am sure the Memorial deals with the history he wants us to know more about.

An aside - the culture warriors exh - is a great show case - must see.

It's a fantastic show - great artists - beautifully curated and installed and Sir William Deane's speech at the opening was inspirational!

Hey Dazed, I thought Brian's Federation exhibition was so good I saw it three times.

I missed the collaboration between the esteemed critic and bwian... but if you say so! The fallout was excellent.

Yes its ambiguously good to see that the installation still holds its power and has relevance, and yet at the same time that there is still the need for this relevance with the stunningly opportunistic and immoral Howard years.
Given all the NGA problems with architects etc I hope with all the activity/plans the NGA somehow finds time to confer with the creators of the work about our wishes.

I thought Kennedy was doing a good job until he hired Macdonald, that was his big mistake.
