Software Developers
- Skilled with PHP5
- Skilled with SQL
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming
- Comfortable hand coding W3C compliant XHTML
- Comfortable with CSS and JavaScript
- Experience using AJAX
- Some experience with MVC frameworks like Ruby on Rails
- Intermediate understanding of Linux/Unix server maintenance
- Comfortable maintaining and operating Apache
- Understanding of RSS syndication
- Comfortable with Photoshop
- Comfortable working on Mac OS X
- Interest in everything from podcasting and AJAX implementation
to data analysis, demographic targeting and artificial intelligence
Creative Developers
- Thorough understanding of web technologies and trends
- Talented in marketing
- Skilled in media packaging
- Talented in graphic and user-interface design
- Strong english language skills
- Experience in web interface design
- Experience with or interest in podcasting
- Skilled with graphic applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Some experience with video editing applications (Final Cut Pro,
Motion, etc.)
- Comfortable working on Mac OS X
