Here are a few of the emails we receive everyday… and the answers we'd LIKE to give. Many of these questions can also be found in our online forum.

Subject	Life and Death situation
Message	The game is great, love and played it so much that Im now wearing eye glasses. Doctors recomend me stop paying but what the hell, Im a gamer for life.
Answer	Ermmm... we don't really want to advocate excessive game playing... especially if it leads to permanent injury. Oh damn it. Yes we do. Send us a picture so we can show the world how much our people love us!

Subject	New user registration
Message	Please help, I have tried numerous times to register as a new user but get the error message: Unable to send data to the server, check Internet connection. Please advise. Brian
Answer	Check your Internet connection.

Subject	Unhappy
Message	you've sold out to advertising, I am on an ADSL line and the game is still slow
Answer	We know. We're not happy about being corporate whores either, but after years of toiling to bring you an involving and entertaining game that you can play for free, and a future of answering whingers emails we felt we deserved to get a little back. Obviously we were wrong.

Subject	This game sucks
Message	this game is failing to play shots against the spinner and is not letting me play shots. I demand you to fix this game up
Answer	Ah, this is a common problem and is caused by a fault somewhere between the Keyboard and the chair. We know this fault as an id10T error. Please replace the user with one that can read instructions and understands why we spent time and effort adding the Practice sessions.

Answer	Thanks for that. As the problem is so serious that you couldn't even send me detail of how/when it occurred, can you please send me your address and I'll drive round to your place to have a look for myself.

Subject	Right handed players
Message	Why are all of your players right handed?
Answer	The answer to that is quite obvious...we are too lazy to do both.

Message	Hi, Have played stick cricket a few times now and log in when I play but my scores are not recorded. Any ideas why? P.S love the game, all the guys at work play it in their lunch break!
Answer	Thanks! Great to know you love it - please send us more of your love. I think I know what the problem is here… press continue after you've played and then press submit when the box comes up showing your score. This should help.

Subject	Bugs in your game
Message	Hi there, There are some bugs in the game, Have you guys found it already or would like to know.
Answer	No. Keep it to yourself. We have no interest in knowing what's wrong with the game. You know… the game only took a few years to develop, another year to test and then six months to launch. We're not interested in problems. In fact we're not interested in anything to do with Stick Cricket. Our dedication to the site is purely for show and as a result we have tons of time to write to people like you who ask stupid questions. OF COURSE WE WANT TO KNOW! Or are you trying to #E1E1E1mail us… because believe me, it won't work!

Subject	Urgent and Important
Message	Well i have a question, initially when i used to play i had a option to play EASY, MEDor ADVANCE i am not getting now. Is there anyother way i get those options ?
Answer	Erm have you played recently? Have you looked at the site to see if those options are available. Are those options on the site? No. Perhaps then they are not available. I hope my speedy response has avoided the impending disaster that prompted you to mark this email urgent and important.
