Quality Assurance Engineer
Fulltime
Execute test cases and procedures according to developed test plan. Participate in design reviews, and bring the customers perspective to development. Act as a liaison between the customers and the development team, and establish and maintain high standards of quality and customer commitment within the engineering organization. Perform regression tests, and ensure that the stability of the product(s) incrementally improves.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install and test applications (release testing, reproduce customer issues, etc.)
- Test and validate new features
- Verify/improve content categorization of web content
- Write and execute test cases
- Represent the customer in design meetings, bug scrub meetings, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Testing or Quality Assurance
- Enthusiastic, motivated problem-solver dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and experience with structured testing environments and procedures preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with Agile software development models preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software problems
- Proficient in the Windows and Linux environments
- Knowledge of computer internals and internet protocol fundamentals preferred

Senior Developer
Fulltime Exempt
Design and develop software applications. Lead and participate in design discussions, and mentor and assist other developers. Help the team meet agreed-upon milestones and release dates, while maintaining focus on high quality deliverables. Must possess a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude. Must know and be comfortable programming in C++. Understanding of object oriented development methodologies and agile software development processes is helpful.
Primary Responsibilities

- 5+ years of work experience in Software Development
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of C++ and object-oriented design and development
