The control panel is great. The webhost is VERY fast, and it has the php safe mode disabled. The only bad thing is that they do not offer MySQL dbs for free anymore, so you have to pay for it or sign up for a 3rd party free MySQL site like freemysql.net.

Probably not for beginners who do not even know what a html page is. Freewebs hosting is for those newbies. From using the service 2 months so far, I can only say good stuff about 110mb. Particularly regarding reliability to get good answers from support. I am overall impressed with uptime and ease to setup a website from scratch. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love 110mb for delivering exceptional site stability. It is a challenge finding and especially deciding to settle on a free host (out of so many) which one you will depend on, and not be embarrassed when you show your site to friends, only to have it not working. I was referred by my friend, as he too is very thrilled with the service offered. Big thanks to them.

Simply fabulous. I was having problems with my paid host because they had too many downtimes and control panel errors. So I gave 110mb a try.
They allow me to use my domain name with the free webspace hosting plan, and now my site is running really well and fast. This is simply great!

Okay, so here's the deal. I used to be on 110mb hosting all the time, and all was cool. Their support had a lot of questions already answered, they had plenty of stretching room. They still have a lot of the stuff, but now MySQL database ability is disabled by default. I just started a blog, and now it can not run because of this. Sendmail was off already, but I did not need it, and now even .htaccess is disabled (I had only one .htaccess file). Their community is still good, but a lot of the features are now money-hungry, a big turnoff for me. My final human rating for this website is 6/10, because it is still (a little) good.

It used to be the best freehosting service but now it is not the best. I guess those guys are concentrating more on building forums. For the same cause they withdraw the free service of my sql database usage and now are wanting users to post 50 forum posts to get it. They claim they are adding more features all the time but that is the problem since you never know what service they will withdraw. I will recommend to go for some other free hosting provider if you need mysql.

I am a paid MySQL member of 110mb, and 100% applaud their decision to not make mysql free anymore, because now my Drupal portal operates at lightning speed (others on their forum are reporting the same for their web sites). I have seen that almost every free host competitor giving mysql databases free pays a huge price of getting complaints of "slow sites". 110mb was the same, but now... I am still amazed at what a huge speed increase it makes that it is only offered to those who are not cheapskates. Either way those same people may be losing lots of visitors on those free mysql enabled hosts, as they may wait ages for sites to load.

The 3 strongest characteristics I instantly spotted from my 2 previous free hosts are: it has extremely quick page loading times, the support is very helpful and down to earth, and the hosting uptime is spectacular. Also I heard other good reviews about 110mb, so am using them and am very satisfied for an intermediate user.

The 110mb site is one of the best and most reliable free hosts out there, I tell you! I have been with 110mb for 4 months. Server problems (which rarely occur) are fixed within 3 hours at the most. Some other free hosts can take weeks if not up to 3 months to fix something simple. I am staying with 110mb for good, because they are no small game - a big trusty funded company.
