GAME ISSUES

In short the basic solution to the most common problems is Clear your cache!

Game not loading
Clear your cache first, if that does not work, reinstall Flash Player

Clear the cache
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files > OK
Firefox: Tools > Options > Privacy > Private Data -> Clear Now

Refreshing:
Then refresh the page (load a new version of the page) by pressing F5 on your keyboard (this is usually located above the '6' key) OR pressing the REFRESH button which usually is the green arrows button next to the STOP button which has a red 'X'

If that doesn't work:
Decrease Security restrictions on browser
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Click on 'Internet icon (with the globe) move slider to 'Medium' > OK

then Refresh using the instructions above

If that doesn't work:
Reinstall flash player
Go to: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi to download the lastst version of Flash player, if you don't have Flash player you can't play the game.

What if the Flash Player installation, doesn't work? Well no problem, you can download Flash player as a standalone .exe program, which you can install 'like any other program'

Game is sometime really fast, really slow OR it freezes
This is usually a glitch in the game or theres something wrong with your computer (your computer might be too weak, slow) . And the only solution
is, none other than Clear your cache!

Clear the cache

Problems Logging in
1. Make sure you actually have an account on this forum
2. Make sure you have actually enabled cookies on your browser, usually if you can login into another website, then it usually is. If not:
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Move slider to medium
Firefox: Tools > Options > Cookies tab > Tick "Allows sites to accept cookies" so that there is a tick in the box > OK
3. Check you have enter the correct username and password, if that does not work try to Clear your cookies!

Clear cookies
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies > OK > OK
Firefox: Tools > Options > Cookies tab > Clear Cookies Now > OK

Avatar or signature not showing

Clear the cache
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files > OK
Firefox: Tools > Options > Cache tab > Clear Cache Now > OK
